Swedish Massage

Used to promote general relaxation, improve circulation, increase range of motion and relieve muscle tension. The basic strokes include: long gliding type strokes, kneading, passive joint movement and friction.

 

Deep Tissue Massage

Working at the deeper layers of muscle and using more pressure than Swedish massage. Used to relieve chronic patterns of mucsclar tension by using slow strokes, direct pressure or cross-grain friction.

 

Hot Stone Massage

Uses of hot or cold rocks in combination with Swedish massage is deeply relaxing. Benefits include: increase blood flow, range of motion, lymphatic flow, reduction of edema.

 

Spots Massage

Use compression strokes and cross-fiber friction techniques. Adapted for athlete's needs before a competition or to restore the body after rigorous exercise. Help to increse range of motion, work out restrictions in muscle tissue and increase circulation. Used in training and pre and post event massage. 

 

Reflexology

Use a noninvasive method of pressing with thumbs and fingers to the feet, the acupressure/reflex points that correspond to the organs, glands and various systems of the body. Benefits include: detoxifying the body of uric acid and crystalline deposits, strengtening internal organs, and assisting athletes in exercising longer.
